Add a photo, breed, colour and microchip number, plus anything a finder must know: medication, allergies, temperament and your vet's details.

Choose a page style you like. It takes about five minutes.

Put the tag on the collar

Print the QR code or order a pet tag. Scanning it opens your pet's page on any phone, with no app to install.

While your pet is safe, your contact details stay hidden and finders message you through the page.

If your pet goes missing, flip on Lost mode

The page becomes an urgent LOST alert with the last-seen area and reward, and your pet is listed on the lost-pets board.

A finder can send you their GPS location with one tap, and you get an email straight away.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person who finds my pet need an app?

No. Any phone camera can scan the QR code, and your pet's page opens straight in the browser.

Can strangers see my phone number and address?

Not while your pet is safe. Finders reach you through the page. Your contact details only appear when you turn on Lost mode, so people can call you straight away.

How do I get notified?

By email as soon as someone reports finding your pet, on every plan. Paid plans also alert you each time a lost pet's tag is scanned, and can send text messages. You choose which alerts you get in Settings.

What happens when my pet is found?

Mark them as found with one click on your dashboard. The alert disappears and your pet is removed from the lost-pets board.

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes. Each pet gets its own page, tag and settings. How many you can add depends on your plan.
